- 11:00am - Meet at Ralph's Corner to depart for Stowe. Please wait to board the bus until the coolers have been loaded. We will depart promptly at 11:30am. A lunch of hoagies, snacks and beverages will be provided.
- Lift tickets will be handed out after we arrive at the hotel.

Friday
March 11, 2106 |
- Breakfast buffet at the hotel from 7am-10am
- Stowe Mountain
- FourRunner Quad opens at 8am. Most of the other lifts open between 8:30 and 9am. See Stowe lift operations for details.
- We will run our bus twice from the hotel to the Mansfield Base at 8:00am and 9:00am.
- Free Shuttle buses - the 7:40am bus will get you to the mountain around the time the first lift opens. Buses generally run every 20-30 minutes. See the bus schedule for more details.
- All the base lodges have cubbies and day lockers available.
- Special Event - 80's Weekend Ski Ballet and Retro Jam at the Midway Park at 2:30pm. Be on the lookout for puffy sleeves and neon one-piece ski outfits.
- We will have one return trip on our bus from the Mansfield Base to our hotel at 4:30pm. If you would like to return earlier, the free shuttle is available.
- Happy Hour at Idletyme Brewing Company at 5:30pm in their lounge bar. Appetizers of artisan cheeses, pretzel nuggets, and wings will be provided. Cash bar. This is on the shuttle route. If you are going up the mountain, you can get off at the Gale Farm Center stop and walk across the street.

Saturday
March 12, 2106 |
- Breakfast buffet at the hotel from 7am-10:30am
- Stowe Mountain
- FourRunner Quad opens at 7:30am. Most of the other lifts open between 8:30 and 9am. See Stowe lift operations for details.
- We will run our bus twice from the hotel to the Mansfield Base at 8:00am and 9:00am.

- All the base lodges have cubbies and day lockers available.
- 80's Weekend Ski Ballet and Retro Jam - event continues
- We will have one return trip on our bus from the Mansfield Base to our hotel at 4:30pm. If you would like to return earlier, the free shuttle is available.
- Group photo at Commodores Inn at 6:15pm. Please meet in the lounge by the fireplace. Even if you will not be joining us for dinner, please come for the group photo.
- Group dinner at the Commodores Inn at 6:30pm. Bring $20 to cover the cost of the dinner. Bring more $$ if you want to hit the cash bar.

Sunday
March 13, 2106 |
- Breakfast buffet at the hotel from 7am-10:30am
- If you are skiing today, your luggage needs to be taken to the Commodores Conference Room prior to the check out time which is 11:00am.
- Check out time is 11:00am. Please stop by the front desk to settle any room charges.
- Stowe Mountain
- FourRunner Quad opens at 7:30am. Most of the other lifts open between 8:30 and 9am. See Stowe lift operations for details.
- Free Shuttle buses - the 7:05am bus will get you to the mountain around the time the first lift opens. Buses generally run every 20-30 minutes. See the bus schedule for more details. Please note that we will NOT be running our bus to the mountain in the morning.
- We will have one return trip on our bus from the Mansfield Base to our hotel at 12:00pm (noon).
- 1:00pm - Load the bus for the return trip home. Changing rooms will be arranged for those who want to ski that day. We will depart at 1:30pm. We will stop for dinner near Troy, NY around 5:30pm on the way home.
