Where will we be staying?

We will be staying at the Commodores Inn which is about 1 mile from the town of Stowe, 15 minutes from the mountain, and 30 minutes from Bolton Valley. The hotel serves a breakfast buffet which is included in our package and also has a pool, hot tub, and sauna available.

Where will the trip leave from?

We will leave from Ralph's Corner in Lansdale, PA.

What time will we leave or come home?

The departure and return time is currently TBD. If you have not done so already, please fill out the online survey so we can get the concensus of the group.

Will there be WIFI on the bus?

A bus with WIFI has been requested; however, it is not guaranteed.

Is there a free shuttle at Stowe?

Yes, there is a free town shuttle which has a stop right in front of our hotel.

What is Bolton Valley like?

Bolton Valley is known as a hidden gem. There is a good variety of terrain. Lift lines are short. It tends to fly under the radar due to its proximity to Stowe, but it is definitely worth a side trip.

Do we have to ski at Bolton Valley?

No. If you would like to ski at Stowe the entire time, you can get a 3-day lift ticket for Stowe.

Can we ski at Bolton Valley on Friday or Sunday?

Bus transportation to Bolton will only be provided on Saturday.

I have paid for my trip in full. Can I change my lift ticket option?

If it is 30 days prior to the trip (before February 9), you can change your lift ticket option through your trip leader. Any additional charges must be paid in full prior to the departure date. Any refunds will be processed after the trip. If you decide to change your lift ticket after this date, only the Stowe tickets can be changed/refunded, and it needs to be handled at the mountain BEFORE you start skiing. To change your lift ticket, go to the Mansfield Group Sales Desk inside the Mansfield Base Lodge between 7:30am and 10:00am.

Do we pay for the dinner at the Commodore in advance?

Payment for the dinner at the Commodore will be collected the night of the dinner. Please bring $24 to cover the cost of your dinner. There will also be a cash bar for those who desire to purchase alcoholic beverages. Sodas and water is included in the price.

How do I arrange for ski rental or lessons?

Contact your trip leader, and arrangements will be made through our tour operator. A separate payment will be collected for the rental or lesson. When we arrive at Stowe, a voucher will be given to you along with your lift ticket.
